1. About Artisan Mithila

Artisan Mithila offers traditional and contemporary Mithila/Madhubani paintings, handmade artworks, handicrafts, stationery, home décor and other art-related products.

Our artworks may be handmade and individually created. Therefore, minor variations in colour, texture, line work, pattern and finish may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade artwork and should not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by us, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For customised, personalised or specially commissioned artworks, cancellation may not be permitted once production has started.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy may vary depending on the product.

Because many of our products are handmade artworks, customised products or limited pieces, returns may not be accepted unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, subject to our verification.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

3. Provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video where requested.

4. Do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any claim before approving a replacement or refund.

11. Damaged Products

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

For fragile artwork, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the unopened package through the opening and inspection of the product.

Failure to provide requested evidence may affect our ability to process a damage claim.

12. Customised and Commissioned Artwork

Custom or commissioned artworks may be created according to specifications provided by the customer.

Once work has commenced, cancellation, modification or refund may not be possible unless agreed by Artisan Mithila.

Minor differences between the requested reference and the final handmade artwork may occur due to the artistic and handmade nature of the work.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to:

• Artwork photographs;

• Product photographs;

• Logos;

• Brand name;
